On July 1, 2009 the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act 2009) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act 2009) were implemented by the Queensland Government.
North Burnett Regional Council is making it easier for you to access information about Council. This includes information about our policies, financial reports, public registers and documents relating to our decisions. We also make appropriate protections for certain information, including personal information.

Applying for Complaint Documents
This information is intended to assist people who were involved in a complaint and are now applying to access documents about, or arising out of, that complaint. It applies both to people who made a complaint and to people who were complained about. It does not apply to documents arising out of a workplace investigation.

NBRC Disclosure Log
(previous RTI applications)
Right to Information commences on 1 July 2009. Council’s disclosure log provides details of non-personal information released under the Act. Information of a sensitive nature, for example personal details and/or information considered commercial in confidence, is removed from the documents prior to their release.
